While it seems as though most people avoided The Box this past weekend, I jumped at the opportunity.

Richard Kelly has been hard at work with James Marsden and Cameron Diaz to bring us the secrets of The Box. The film is Kelly's follow up to the popular cult film Donnie Darko, and the unpopular Southland Tales.

In The Box, James Marsden and Cameron Diaz play a young married couple who are given a mysterious wooden box that will bestow upon them great fortunes, but at a high cost. Click on the thumbnails to view larger versions, and see more photos in The Box picture gallery!

While its premise is completely ridiculous, somehow the upcoming thriller, The Box, starring Cameron Diaz and James Marsden doesn't look that terrible.

In the movie, when the husband (Marsden) loses his job, the couple has a chance to make a million dollars.. if they press a button that will kill a random person.  Will they do it?

Well, in order to make the movie more than 5 minutes long, we're going to assume so.  Anyways, here's the trailer.
