Carey Mulligan Lands Key Role in Wall Street Sequel
The cast for the Wall Street sequel continues to grow.
Frank Langella was added earlier this week.
Now, British actress Carey Mulligan has been cast as Michael Douglas’s daughter in the Oliver Stone-directed follow-up.
The 24-year old, who portrayed one of Keira Knightley’s sisters in Pride & Prejudice and also had a bit role in Public Enemies, will star as the estranged daughter of disgraced corporate giant Gordon Gekko.
Her character will become romantically involved Shia LaBeouf’s eager Wall Street trader in the film. Not a bad gig by any means.
