William Hurt

Bio

William Hurt was born in Washington D.C. and attended the Julliard Drama School.  His first big role came in 1980 with the sci-fi movie, Altered States.  He has since had a very impressive career with Academy Award-nominated roles in Children of a Lesser God, Broadcast News, and A History of Violence as well as his Academy Award-winning performance in Kiss of the Spider Woman.
