Seymour Cassel

Bio

Seymour Cassel was born in Detroit, Michigan and started his early career tied very closely to John Cassavetes.  Cassel's movie debut was in Cassavetes' Shadows in 1959.   Cassel has had an impressive film career ever since and is a frequent supporter of independent films.  He has also been in three of Wes Anderson's movies: Rushmore, The Royal Tennbaums, and The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou.
