Bio

Miranda Richardson was born in Southport, Merseyside, England and was solely a stage actress until she made her film debut in 1985 in Dance with a Stranger.  Since then she has continues to have success on the stage and in movies such as The Crying Game, Damage, Sleepy Hollow, The Hours, and The Harry Potter movies as Rita Skeeter.
