Martin Lawrence got his start as a stand-up comedian. He then starred in the sitcom Martin and has gone on to have a decent film career. Lawrence was actually born in Germany.

I was hoping that Marin and Eddie would get together and make another flick together, Life was an all time favorite of mine. Maybe they could make a movie along the lines of " Harlem Nights" but not a remake.
