Kate Walsh

Bio

Kate Walsh was born in San Jose, California but was raised in Tucson, Arizona where she went to college at the University of Arizona.   Walsh's first major role came with a fat suit as she played Drew Carey's girlfriend in The Drew Carey show.  However, it was in 2005 when Walsh became a star with her role as Dr. Addison Montgomery on the insanely popular, Grey's Anatomy.  In 2007, Walsh's character was given her own spin-off show, Private Practice.
