Jeffrey Jones is an actor born in Buffalo, New York, who is best known for his role as the Dean of Students, Ed Rooney, from Ferris Bueller's Day Off.   Jones has had a successful career in addition to this 80's flick, including big parts in Amadeus, Howard the Duck, Beetlejuice, The Devil's Advocate, and Sleepy Hollow.

In his personal life, unfortunately, Jeffrey Jones is best known for his 2002 arrest for child pornography and employing a 14 year old boy to pose for pornographic photographs.
