Bio
Harry Dean Stanton was born in West Irvine, Kentucky and attended the University of Kentucky where he studied journalism and radio arts. Stanton is a World War II Veteran. Stanton has been acting consistently since the 50's and has had roles in Kelly's Heroes, The Godfather Part II, Alien, Private Benjamin, Escape from New York, Red Dawn, Pretty in Pink, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, and The Green Mile.
