Anjelica Huston was orn in Santa Monica to the film director, John Huston. Anjelica started off acting in two of her father's movies, Sinful Davey and A Walk with Love and Death in 1969. After a brief acting hiatus, she then had some smaller roles in movies int he 1980s, such as in The Postman Always Rings Twice and Frances. However, it was her role in another film directed by her father, Prizzi's Honor in 1985 that won her an Academy Award and the start of an impressive film career.
After 1985, Huston went on to have memorable roles in The Witches, Enemies, a Love Story, The Grifters, The Addams Family and its sequel, The Royal Tennenbaums, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, and The Darjeeling Limited.
In her personal life, Anjelica Huston lived with Jack Nicholson from 1973 to 1989 and is now married to sculptor Robert Graham, Jr. since 1992.
