Emmy Rossum Blogs Again About Dragon Ball Z Movie

Emmy Rossum has updated her MySpace blog.

In the latest entry, the cute actress updates fans on the filming of Dragonball Z, while sending out her prayers to the loved ones of Heath Ledger. Here's an excerpt:

Emmy Rossum PictureRight now I am writing from a helicopter (with my costars, Chow Yun Fat, his lovely wife and Joon Park). We are on our way to the desert where we will be filming for the the next few days. I am the lucky one who gets to sit up front with the pilot (who was very careful to instruct me not to touch anything; knobs, controls or otherwise) Chow and Joon are taking pictures in the back and we are having a lot of fun.

The landscape is alternating between, rolling sand dunes, green mountains dotted with cactus and farms laid out in geometric order with terracotta colored earth.

I want you all to see what I see, so I'll upload some pics later when I can connect my camera to my laptop.

On another note, l want to say how deeply saddened I am by Heath Ledger's sudden passing. I did not know him very well, but well enough to see he was a kind man, a devoted father and an immense talent. My heart goes out to his family and his young daughter in this time of grief. He will be so missed.

Jessica Alba Dishes on Sin City 2, Fantastic Four 3

As she awaits the opening of her new movie, The Eye, newly knocked up actress Jessica Alba spoke to Comingsoon.net about the prospects of sequels to a pair of well-received movies she's starred in...

CS: What can you tell us about your character in "Sin City 2"?
Jessica Alba: I haven't read a script. I don't know anything about it. Robert (Rodriguez) and Frank (Miller) haven't talked to me about it at all.

CS: How long until we get "Fantastic Four 3"?
Alba: I have no idea. I know the writers strike and the impending actors strike has kind of put a wrench in everything production wise. That film takes a lot of prep, a good six months of prep and about six months to shoot. With the strike, I think, maybe it's put on hold.Read the full interview with Alba now.

Get Smart: The International Movie Trailer

We've gotten our hands on the international movie trailer for Get Smart. The comedy remake of this classic sitcom stars Steve Carell and Anne Hathaway:

Edward Norton on His Version of The Incredible Hulk

Edward Norton stars in The Incredible Hulk, hitting theaters this June.

And the talented actor wants to make one thing clear: this version is nothing like the past film, starring Eric Bana, about the green, angry super hero.

"First off it's utterly unrelated to that film," Norton said in this month's Total Film magazine, as relayed by The Sun. "This is in no way a response to it or picking up from it."

The actor compared his version of The Incredible Hulk to the way Chris Nolan redid the Batman franchise with Batman Begins.

"I think like Chris Nolan and those guys did with Batman, we just said: 'We're going to start completely with our own version of this myth or saga,'" Norton said.

So, will there be multiple an Incredible Hulk 2 or 3?

"To me the whole thing was to envision it in multiple parts We left a lot out on purpose. It's definitely intended as chapter one."

Bond 22 to be Titled Quantum of Solace

Sony Pictures has announced that the official title for the 22nd James Bond installment will be Quantum of Solace.

The film had been going by the working title of "Bond 22" until now. This new name is taken from one of a collection of short stories published by 007 creator Ian Fleming in 1960.

James Bond: Quantum of Solace is set for a November 7 release.

As for the plot of the film:

The new film finds Bond (Daniel Craig) out for revenge on a mission that takes him to Austria, Italy and South America. Bond girl Camille, played by Ukrainian-born Olga Kurylenko, leads the secret agent to Dominic Greene (Mathieu Amalric), member of a mysterious organization and a ruthless businessman, seeking to control huge natural resources.

"James Bond is after revenge, and Camille is after revenge and they have slightly different goals, but in the end they are going to have to collaborate," Kurylenko said.

Mischa Barton Nude in Assassination of a High School President

Sorry, ladies, but some Reel Movie News is strictly for our male readers.

For example, reports are coming in that state Mischa Barton goes naked on more than one occasion in her upcoming movie, Assassination of a High School President. Here's a review of when and how:

(1:02) Mischa Barton removes her dress and stands in her black bra as she begins to make out with Reece Thompson.

(1:11) Mischa Barton is in the bathtub with Reece Thompson washing his hair. We can see her breasts just come up over the side of the bathtub.

(1:20) Reece Thompson walks in and sees Mischa Barton in the bathtub again. This time we get a much fuller and clearer view of her breasts as she's there alone.

(1:25) We see Mischa Barton's breasts again in the bathtub in the same scene as before. But now we see another guy in there with her that we didn't see before.

A Few Words with No Country for Old Men Cast

With No Country for Old Men as the favorite to win Best Picture at the Academy Awards next month, the film's trio of stars recently talked about the movie with The Associated Press.

s-no-country-for-old-men-large.jpg AP: Though Joel Coen has said this is a film about three men, you're never seen together on screen. In fact, any two of you hardly appear together.

Tommy Lee Jones: Not once.
Josh Brolin: Or once, but without any dialogue.
Tommy Lee Jones: But we're a terrific ensemble, as you can see. (all laugh)

Tommy Lee Jones - a Best Actor nominee for his outstanding work in In the Valley of Elah - then went on to talk about the overall message of the film. It's great stuff:

What I think is the book and the movie, in general, is a contemplation of morality. And the character of Ed Tom feels somewhat overwhelmed by a new character of evil and says so to his wiser and older uncle, and his uncle tells him that that's vanity, that evil doesn't change and that you, Ed Tom, do not live in the center of the universe.

You can't be overwhelmed. It's the same old deal. Then he tells the story about these Indians who ride up to another uncle's house maybe a hundred years ago, kill him on his front porch. And when he recounts the story, if you look at it on the face of it, it seems like a recounting of a scene from a grade-B Western, but somehow you get the feeling that if you were there on that day, you would have seen real evil.
