Summary

Roxanne is based on the play "Cyrano de Bergerac." C.D. Bates is the chief of the fire department and he just hired the good looking Chris McConnell. Chris asks C.D. to help him win over the beautiful Roxanne. It's too bad C.D. is in love with Roxanne himself.
