Summary

After Manual Jordan get parole after serving 23 year of his life sentence for murder, he returns to the city he used to live in seeking redemption. He gets a job working at a community house run by a preacher, Miles Evans and befriends the sister of the victim he killed. He also meets Sophia Mellinger, a druggie daughter of a famous singer who lacks adult guidance. Will he find redemption by helping both women?
