Summary

Hoot is a movie based on the novel of the same name by Carl Hiassen. The story is about a boy, Roy Eberhardt, who just moved from Montana to Florida where he is teased until he becomes friends with Beatrice Leep and her stepbrother, Mullet Fingers. The three of them embark on a quest to stop construction of a new pancake house that will kill a group of owls.
