Summary

In Cellular, a woman, Jessica Martin, has been kidnapped and manages to make a call to a random young surfer named Ryan.  She's able to tell him she's kidnapped but not where she is.  Ryan reports the crime to the police but has to take matters into his own hands when they're unable to help and Jessica's family is in danger.
