Blue Streak

Summary

Blue Streak is about a jewel thief, Miles Logan, that buries a $17 million dollar diamond in a Los Angels construction site. However, after being arrested and spending two years in jail, he goes to return to the site to find a police station in its place. Logan ends up pretending to be a transferring detective to search for his diamond and is partnered with Detective Carlson.
