Summary

Alex & Emma is based loosely on the story of the famous author Fyodor Dostoevsky who fell in love with his stenographer who dictated The Gambler for him. In Alex & Emma, Alex is the author who must repay a $100,000 debt to the Cuban mafia. After his laptop is destroyed, he hires the talkative stenographer, Emma. As Alex is dictated the story, the movie cuts away to scenes where Alex is falling for women played by Emma. Cute.
