Summary
After Bartleby Gaines is turned down from every college he applies to, Bartleby creates the South Harmon Instituted of Technology. After giving out acceptances to Rory, Hands, and Glen he creates the college with his friend Sherman. However, after a mistake on the website, hundreds of students are accidentally accepted to this fake college. Bartleby ends up creating a campus for this fake school and its newly accepted students...
