in this scene she isnt "Stripping down"...Steve Carells character "Maxwell Smart"..comes in on a telephone call between her Dwane Johnson "Agent23"..and the Cheif of Control...and Anne Hathaway's character "agent99" heres Max, turns around and "CLOSES" her robe...
