Senator Roark is the corrupt, powerful Senator in Sin City.  He wants nothing more than for his only child Roark Junior continue his lineage.  It's a shame his son is a freak and rapes little children.  He spends a fortune on doctors to rebuild his son's reproductive organ after Hartigan blows it off.
