Colin Sullivan is a slippery fellow. He grew up in the Southie area of Boston, both parents were both dead and he was raised by his grandmother. Colin soon met Frank Costello the Irish Mob Boss, who became his father figure. When Colin grew up he joined the police, Costello asked him to inform for him.
