Bio
Bob is Hartigan's police partner in Sin City. However, Bob, unlike Hartigan, is a corrupt cop. Out of friendship he tries to talk Hartigan out of killing Roarke Junior. He's also the man who comes to pick up Hartigan after he spends his 8 years in prison.
