Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning Hook Up in Runaways Clip
No, they're not making out, not in this clip at least...
Apparition has released a clip from the teen rocker drama, The Runaways, which focuses on the 1975-1977 heyday of the teen girl group The Runaways. Kristen Stewart stars as Joan Jett, while Dakota Fanning stars as Cherie Currie, the two most prominent members of the band, which was the first teen girl group to foray into arena-filling rock venues.
In the clip, Stewart's Joan Jett is introduced to Fanning's Cherie Currie at a dimly lit club by band manager Kim Fowley (Michael Shannon). Shannon employs just enough sleaze here to make you feel uncomfortable in the presence of the obviously underage Fanning.
Still, it's nice to see Fanning and Stewart out of vampire mode. The duo, who worked together recently on New Moon, will clash again in the upcoming Eclipse, so get your fill of The Runways while you can!
