The Lovely Bones

This Friday, audiences will get to see Peter Jackson's first film since the epic journey he took us on in King Kong and The Lord of the Rings. After such large-scale outings, it's nice to see that Jackson has turned to bringing a smaller story to life in The Lovely Bones.

The Lovely Bones is the story of young girl who was brutally raped and murdered, who watches the effects of her death on her family from Heaven.  As her parents drift apart, her father becomes obsessed with vengeance and her sister grows into the woman she would never be. Mark Wahlberg, Rachel Weisz and Stanley Tucci star.
