While My Sister's Keeper has no shot of beating the summer jugernaut that is Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, it certainly has a decent shot of trying to win over female audiences.

Keeper's biggest competition will be the romantic comedy, The Proposal, which open last weekend to the top spot in the box office.
