USA Today Features Robert Downey Jr., Sherlock Holmes Photo

With an Oscar nomination under his belt, the lead role in Iron Man 2 and a starring turn on the way in Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes movie, life is good for Robert Downey Jr.

He said as much to USA Today, as the newspaper asked the star what has changed for him over the last couple years.

"I was the picking-at-the-leftovers kid for the first 22 years of my career, and it changed because life is like that," the actor said of good fortune after a few years of sobriety. "Sooner or later, once you pull the one-armed bandit enough, you are going to get some gold bars."

Downey Jr. is pictured here as England's famous Victorian sleuth, alongside Jude Law - as Dr. Watson - and Rachel McAdams, as Irene Adler. The Sherlock Holmes imagining opens this November.

Reel Movie Trailers: Land of the Lost

While Star Trek, G.I. Joe and Transformers: Rise the Fallen received a majority of the attention for their Super Bowl ads on Sunday, another trailer caught our attention.

Will Ferrell will star in a remake of the popular 1970s series, Land of the Lost. Anna Friel and Danny McBride also star in the movie.

Here's its preview, which also debuted during Super Bowl XLIII:

Reel Movie Reviews: The Pink Panther 2

It's been over 10 years since Steve Martin starred in a funny movie. (And that's only if you consider Bowfinger funny, which is not a sentiment shared by all critics.)

Sadly, but not surprisingly, The Pink Panther 2 does not signify a comic resurgence for the actor.

Rambo Reboot: Sylvester Stallone Confirms Fifth Installment

Sylvester Stallone made six Rocky movies (though many fans of this franchise like to pretend Rocky V never happened).

Therefore, it should come as no surprise that the action star is gearing up for a fifth Rambo installment.

When asked by Extra about the possibility of reprising his role as the mass-murdering pacifist, Stallone replied:

"Yeah, we are doing another Rambo, but the conflict is whether to do it in America or a foreign country."

The following photos depict Moon Bloodgood in action, portraying Blair Williams, a pilot for the Resistance that reportedly suffers from survivor guilt; along with Common, who plays a Resistance soldier named Barnes, one of John Connor’s closest allies...

According to Variety, the actor will take on the role initially accepted by Jesse McCartney, who backed out to conflicts with his tour schedule.
