Might AnnaLynne McCord unite with her boyfriend on screen?
The 90210 star is dating Kellan Lutz, the young actor that portrayed Emmett in Twilight and is set to return for the film's sequel, New Moon.
Now, rumors are swirling that McCord - who has also appeared on Nip/Tuck - will take on the small role of Heidi in New Moon.
Is AnnaLynne McCord a good fit as Heidi?
According to the book, Heidi is a "fisher" that brings humans to the Volturi vampires to devour. She's also known as "bait" due to the way she uses her looks to attract humans. In her brief appearance in the novel, Bella describes Heidi as having "exceptional, unforgettable" beauty.
Sources told E! that McCord has auditioned for the role.
"It's not a big part," said an insider. "Heidi would be more like a cameo."
Those screams being heard around the country aren't simply due to American Idol being back on the air.

Shooting for Tron 2.0 is underway.
According to sources, Disney flew Jeff Bridges to Canada for a unique digitization process that will "de-age" the actor by 27 years for the sequel.
Bridge's character from the original Tron, Flynn, is set to interact with his younger self in the follow-up, as early scenes from the movie show him watching over the young Flynn racing.
This technique - also used in X-Men: The Last Stand to knock 20 years off Patrick Stewart and Ian Mckellen - involves plaster-casting Bridges to create a 3-D model; then sculpting a younger version of his face to be super-imposed onto a body double.
Tron 2.0 will be released in the summer of 2011.
Will Mickey Rourke really star opposite Robert Downey Jr. in Iron Man 2?
Extra asked that question to the man that portrays Tony Stark during the Annual Oscar Nominee Luncheon. At the event, Downey wasn't shy in campaigning for his fellow nominee to play the villain in the Jon Favreau-directed sequel.
"I know that we've been talking about it a bunch," Downey said. "As long as we can make it a really great role, then I would urge him to continue considering it. We'd love to have him and we'll see how it goes."
Iron Man 2 is scheduled to begin filming this April in Los Angeles.
