Joseph Gordon-Levitt: Why I Starred in G.I. Joe Movie

Joseph Gordon-Levitt stars in G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra as Cobra Commander.

In a new interview with Hit Flix, the actor talks about what drew him to the action movie.

"I'll tell you what it was. It was when they showed me drawings of the design for my character's look," the actor said. "I was like, 'I get to be that? You're going to make that in real life and stick it on me? Cool. Let me do it.' That's a once-in-lifetime opportunity. Actors throughout the ages would be flabbergasted at the abilities of modern storytelling and technology. I was honored and, beyond honored, I had a f***ing blast getting to play with these toys."

G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra opens August 7.

Elizabeth Banks Dishes on The Univited

Elizabeth Banks has gone from filming an amateur porn - in Zack and Miri Make a Porno - to starring in a horror movie.

She recently spoke to ShockTillYouDrop about the upcoming film, The Uninvited.

"It's a very gothic story. It's essentially a murder mystery. I think it's scarier [movie] because it's girls," the actress said. "I think what's chilling about this is you see Emily Browning and you think she's so sweet and cute with those big eyes and cheeks and you want to take care of her. To see her come alive with anger is powerful. With boys we expect aggression and it's not as chilling when they use it. You're not expecting it from girls and this movie is basically about Anna and Rachel butting heads."
