In case the Oscar buzz surrounding Appaloosa isn't enough to draw you in to this western, Mr. Skin has another reason why you ought to mark its premiere date of October 3 down on your calendar:

Renee Zellweger nude!

The aforementioned website, whose sole job it is to identify movies where actresses don their birthday suits (as anyone who saw Knocked Up knows), reports the following about Appaloosa:

From a distance we see Renée Zellweger's butt as she cavorts in a stream with another guy. (Note: We don't see her face in this scene.)

There's a good chance the rear end in question belongs to a body double. But this still qualifies as movie news because it's the first time Zellweger has offered up even fake nudity.
