A New Clip from Hancock

After revealing a Hancock spoiler in our previous clip from this movie, here's another look at the Will Smith blockbuster.

The superhero flick opens July 2:

Changeling Premiere Date Moved Up

Changeling, the Clint Eastwood-directed, Angelina Jolie vehicle that won over critics at the Cannes Film Festival, will be released on October 24.

Variety reports that Universal Pictures will release the thriller on that date before going wide one week later.

Changeling, set in 1920s Los Angeles, is based on the real life story of a woman whose son disappears. Months later, police tell her they have found him... only she says it's not her son.

Jon Favreau: Concerned About Iron Man 2 Release Date

In his latest MySpace blog, director Jon Favreau expressed concern about the announced release date of Iron Man 2 (April 10, 2010):

I am concerned about the announced release date of April 2010. Neither Robert nor I were consulted about this and we are both concerned about how realistic the date is in light of the fact that we have no script, story or even writers hired yet.

This genre of movie is best when it is done thoughtfully and with plenty of preparation. It might be better to follow the [Batman Begins/The Dark Knight] three-year release pattern than to scramble for a date.

It is difficult because there are no Marvel 09 releases and they need product, but I also think we owe it to the fans to have a great version of Iron Man 2 and, at this point, we would have less time to make it than the first one.

Makes sense to us. And we'd prefer a quality movie over a rushed one. Let's hope those behind Iron Man 2 keep this in mind.

Director Already Excited for The Incredible Hulk Sequel

Director Louis Leterrier doesn't need to wait to see the box office tally of The Incredible Hulk before commenting on whether or not he'd be on board to make a sequel.

"I'll do another 'Hulk' movie any day of the week. I love it! I love the character, I love the TV show. I love that he's an anti-hero," Leterrier told ComingSoon.net at the film's premiere.

Considering the "great story and great cast," Leterrier made it pretty clear who would enjoy this superhero flick: If you like movies, you'll like The Incredible Hulk, he said.

Taylor Swift to Appear in Hannah Montana: The Movie

It might not be as anticipated a cameo as that of Tony Stark in The Incredible Hulk, but Taylor Swift is teaming with Miley Cyrus and dad Billy Ray Cyrus for Hannah Montana: The Movie.

"I'm making a cameo," the 18-year-old country singer told People Magazine, "so I'm so excited about that. I'm playing one of my own songs and just in the background of one of the scenes."

Look for Taylor Swift to make a cameo in Hannah Montana: The Movie.

Country group Rascal Flatts will also appear in the film, which is set to hit theatres in 2009. The Hannah Montana movie will deal with the character's taking a trip with her father to her Tennessee hometown, where she gains a perspective on her double life.

Hayden Christensen Confirms Possibility of Jumper 2

With the original Jumper coming to DVD tomorrow, talk is turning to a sequel.

Recently, star Hayden Christensen confirmed that a follow-up film is a strong possibility, saying:

"We're talking about it... It was set up to become that â€" a trilogy â€" if it did well. And I think they're happy with how it did so they want to make another one. But I don't think they're rushing to get into production."

Would you wanna see Jumper 2?

Meagan Good: Excited for Saw V

Don't tell Meagan Good that horror movies is the genre where career go to die. The actress has waited her whole life to star in a movie like Saw V.

"When I was a little girl, what really made me want to be an actress was seeing ‘Halloween' parts IV and V, and the little girl that was in that," Good said to MTV News. "I was like, ‘I want to do that in a movie!' I'd scream really loud, in the middle of the night [to practice]."

So, what will Saw V - which is due in theaters this October - be about?

"I'm not allowed to say [anything about the plot], because they threatened to cut off my head," the actress said. "But it should be very fun and witty to watch."

That's good enough for us.

J.K. Simmons Pretty Much Confirms Tobey Maguire Role in Spider-Man 4

There have been numerous rumors circulating that Tobey Maguire might actually not cast his web over Spider-Man 4.

According to costar J.K. Simmons, however, Maguire is pretty much on board.

"I spoke to Tobey, in I guess it was, y'know, February… sort of awards season time and he's certainly amenable to doing some more [Spider-Man sequels]," Simmons recently said.

Let's certainly hope so.

Jason Segel Talks Muppet Movie

In Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Jason Segel's character writes a musical about Dracula.

In real life, similarly, the actor is working on an Untitled Muppet Movie with director Nick Stoller.  to MovieWeb about it:

So, is Kermit going to have mojo in the Untitled Muppet Movie? Let me tell you, anyone who can walk around in life completely naked all the time has got to have some mojo. But, I actually just turned in my first draft of the MUPPETS and I'm really excited about it. I think we're bringing them back.

Is Sam the Eagle in it? Sam the Eagle is definitely in it. Statler and Waldorf - the whole gang!

Can you tell us a little bit about the story, which way you are headed with the MUPPETS? All I can say is that we are trying to bring it back to the early '80s movies where it's not Muppets in the Sahara or Muppets Underwater. It's the Muppets getting back together to put on a show, to save the studio.
