Movie-goers appear to prefer the sound of Angelina Jolie's voice to the appearance of Sarah Jessica Parker's crazy hats.
The animated adventure Kung Fu Panda, which featured Jolie and Jack Black in the main voiceover roles, shot to number-one at the box office this weekend. Sex and the City: The Movie sank to number-four.

3. Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull: $22.8 million
4. Sex and the City: $21.3 million
